RecommendedSteve, Megan, and Javier at carmax were absolutely awesome. Me and my wife drove 2 hours out of our way to look at a specific vehicle and it was so worth it. The process was a bit frustrating because we had zero phone service to pull up information, metro sucks at this particular location. But, everyone was very patient and everyone had great sense of humors which worked for us because we can be a bit ridiculous. Amazing experience all around and the vehicle we bought is perfect.

RecommendedI was in the market to trade in my old 2010 vehicle and get something new. The Sales Rep. Cesar was amazing! He had a trainee Kiana with him and she was super helpful with my 16mo old while I went through the financing. 3 days later I decided I wanted the fully loaded version of the vehicle I purchased. We dropped by on Sunday to see a car we'd found in stock online. We checked in and were told it would be a few minutes before someone could help us. We wondered around the lot for 45 minutes and no one ever came out. After the first 20 minutes we check back in with the desk and they said it would be a bit longer.
