What was initially a great experience turned sour fast. Got approved rather quickly and was all set to have our new vehicle delivered when they said they suddenly couldn’t deliver because their delivery vehicle was broke down and we’d have to pick up curbside, that the car would be waiting on us when we got there. We go to pick up curbside and our car is not ready. Awful. I made the mistake of purchasing a Cadillac there. It has been nothing but problems. I bought an extended warranty. I paid the deductible on a a repair. But those clowns made some mistakes and I had to bring it back. Another 250.00 deductible. I refuse to give them more money for the lemon they sold me. They won't stand by their product, work or customers. The manager was "off " when I was there. Unavailable. Do NOT purchase a car with these scam artists.
RecommendedJim Wironen was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! He was very caring, supportive and made me feel extremely comfortable in purchasing a new vehicle. He helped me get my down payment lowered by almost half, he was genuinely concerned about getting me into a vehicle that I was happy with. DON’T GO HERE!!! EVERY TIME A CARMAX AD SHOWS UP ON MY FEED I WILL POST MY ISSUE!!! ...My first breakdown was 11 days after I purchased this vehicle in April of 2019, and the same problem has been happening ever since. I was ready to buy a Volvo cx 60 when my credit union pointed out the car was priced $2400 over the high end of the Kelly blue book value..(red flag) when I questioned them on the cost i was told the were a business and needed to make a profit..never mind I did all the leg work for them..I could also finance through them at the total cost and at a higher rate than my credit union..when I asked if they would match my credit union rates I was told a firm no..
