Appraiser downgraded the quality of my car in the appraisal to lowball offer me.
Less than a year and a half ago my boyfriend Vince bought a Blazer (from @CarMaxNashville) it's engine is now blown, and he still owes 10k. Carmax is a joke. They don’t care one bit for their employees. The people that work there in lower positions below management are awesome and I’ve made some great friends. However I spent almost 2 years there just to get stabbed in the back. I went over and beyond on everything I did and was screwed multiple times due to management. There wasn’t a week that went by where I didn’t work past my scheduled hours. Corporate and HR never seemed to do anything but make the managers happy. I love my car. Bought it in cash the same day I totaled my car..Nov 2015. Of course customer service is great upfront and your handing cash out...easssy deal it was. I would like to comment on the warranty. We purchased the premium warranty. My Jeep has been in the shop for almost 2 weeks! One week is legit..the 2nd week not so. Claim was submitted for payment (to the warranty group )on the 31st..today is the 5th. The shop has still not been paid therefore i still don’t have my Jeep back. Worst experience. Found major oil leak on Jeep I was looking at 15000 dollars. Turn signals would work right. Warning lights didn't work properly door ad jar would turn off. Car was transfer from Georgia. They said lost title then they had title then lost again. It's the excitement that makes you over look things that may cost you money later.
