5 star service all the way, we could not be happier with our experience! Great deal on our trade in (much higher than other dealerships locally), they didn't have the color Acura we wanted so they transferred one in from another store without any fee or commitment. Highly recommend this team!
The team here is super nice and appreciative of your business. My agent made sure i drove off in my car that day and the Business office team were doing everything in their power to get my information put through to the registry computer before the cut off. They succeeded and made my day by letting me drive off in my new car and not some loaner. Never have I ever been ignored in a car sales store. We were there for over and hour and not once were we even greeted, much less offered help. We actually found a car that we were interested in buying on the spot and didn't because we were so disappointed in the service. On our way out out the door (literally) two people sitting around at the front desk finally asked if we needed help.
I loved buying my car here. No pressure. Fair price. Streamlined experience. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly. Nina was my sales consultant and she was an absolute joy to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and so friendly. I'd recommend working with her to anyone.
