We drove all the way from the NH border because we weren’t finding what we wanted in our area. We worked with Ava who went above and beyond to make sure we where happy and got what we wanted. I love this dealership .... they’re there to answer questions and find you a car... but they are not the typical “used car salesmen”. We will deffinetly go back should the need arise
My wife and I had such a pleasant experience with Carmax. Our salesman Patrick, and David the sales manager, really did make this car buying process so much less stressful than anywhere else we've bought a car from. We really felt like these were honest people just trying to find us the right fit, instead of the typical cheesy car salesman. We purchased two cars at CarMax, 1 in March and one in July. We worked with James Long both times, and had a great experience. Both vehicles were shipped from other locations, and we felt 0 pressure to buy either of them (but we did), even sitting in and test driving several other vehicles for comparison. I walked in at 9 on Saturday for a to see the car I had shipped, and drove out at 12:30 with a registered vehicle.
STAY AWAY!! Far and away The worst experience I have ever had in 30 years of buying cars. The sales rep never called me back, never followed up, never kept me informed. When I elevated to the sales manager he made a bunch of promises he never kept. Bottom line it took two weeks for them to transfer a car from North Attleboro mass to Westborough mass and get it ready for me to see. I had a car identified that I was ready to buy, I had financing in hand and I am not buying it simply because they never called to have me come in... read more
Pat was fantastic to work with. So knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had to buy a car quickly, Pat had a car transferred for me and when I wasn't sure if I could give up the room of a minivan he continued to show me other cars, giving me the pro and cons of each! I would highly recommend!
