RecommendedWent in today with a tricky situation but needing to finance a car after our vehicle was totaled. Julian was great to work with and was so nice about our situation. He made the process stress free, pressure free and easy! We were in and driving off the lot with our vehicle in about 3 hours on a Friday night! The business office staff was amazing as well and CarMax really made this the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

I had the best experience at CarMax. Nevenka our car sales person sold me a beautiful new Dodge Ram 1500 2016 yesterday. The price was perfect and my payments is exactly where I needed them. Nevenka spent so many hours with my fiancée and my step son. I felt so bad for her because I was afraid she was going to loose customers. I apologized to her and she said she was there for us. This was the worst experience of buying a car I have ever had. spent 3 days trying to get an appointment. Salesman was nice but the info he printed from his computer, and what I was told were all lies. None of the parts of the car written on their paper work, related to the things in the car were actually there. When I asked to see the controls etc. the salesman said he was not familiar and would check. They didn't exist and I would have been sold this car thinking they were there when they were not. Sales person Geri, great. Customer Service Tony, great. Sales/Store Manager, not good. So how many people have had an issue with CarMax only handing out 1 key fob to a car that has keyless entry? They are willing to cut me a valet key but its keyless entry. Useless! That key won't get me into the car if the key fob is lost! Seriously if I'm missing something, please tell me! Don't you get 2 keys when you buy a car?
