The young man Caleb Bell was an awesome sale person any one that can handle my husband besides me is good my spouse was very satisfied.
We bought a car for my husband to use just to get to and from work and it is the worst piece of crap ever!!! Call CarMax to make a service appt and they are over 2 weeks out. Take it an authorized shop and end up paying $400 in repairs just shortly after making the first payment. Just make the second payment and now the car is back in the shop again. My husband and I recently bought a Dodge Journey. Our salesperson Yasmin Espinosa is simply put: "The BEST". My husband walked in not knowing exactly what type of vehicle that he wanted. After taking the time, sitting and getting to know us, Ms Espinosa reviewed the various types that were available and showed us several that were within our budget. 4 months to get the tools to change the spare tire. Unreal how bad this was handled. I now remember why I have never allowed their service center to work on any if my vehicles. You pay for the warranty. The car is still under the factory warranty and the customer service employee mentions first how they charge to just touch your vehicle. Instead if giving this place any of your hard earned money take your vehicle to a reputable mechanic shop and they will normally at least look at your vehicle to see what the issue is.
