The warranty they sell is worthless because they never fix anything when you take your car in. They lie and say everything is fine. As soon as the warranty runs out they'll probably find all kinds of issues
I am very disappointed in Carmax. I bought a 2011 figuring they check out all the cars to make sure they are safe. I had the car for a week and then it spent 2 weeks back in the shop. Now two months later I go get an oil change only To be shown my belts are all dry rotted. So much for checking out the cars for safety. Make sure you have your own mechanic check out the car before you buy it.
