HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I PURCHASED THE CAR IN JULY AND IT'S BEEN IN THE SHOP 5 TIMES. I HAVE REQUESTED MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE PURCHASE, BUT NO ONE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND DISCUSS MY CONCERNS OR EVEN APOLOGIZE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I DID NOT EXPECT TO PURCHASE A LEMON FROM A WELL KNOWN BRAND COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CARMAX. YOU MAY JUST GET A LEMON. I HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENT AND THEY COULD CARE LESS.
We just sold our beloved 2004 Honda Pilot to CarMax. I was wary before the transaction started, but was quite impressed with the entire sales process: the staff were most friendly and helpful, the transaction easy and transparent. It took two visits, but if I’d been prepared we could have gotten everything done in about 75 minutes. I’d recommend CarMax without reservations.

I bought a car from This Carmax. Like the car. Not super satisfied with other parts. I tried to follow website prompts. Got a call from John Spano re guarding my request to transfer vehicle. He said looked like someone else had dibs on the car, it was a vehicle in Merrillville. The person was me, through the website. Spano said he would call me back in an hour, never did. Well two years ago my wife traded in her car and we brought a vehicle there it was a very pleasant and beautiful situation. This Monday November the 14th 2016. I experienced the most ignorant and disrespectful treatment I've ever had from any type of establishment.
