I would NEVER give these people a dime (that'd be over paying them). By far the WORST customer service and rude technicians. Called me and said they were 15 minutes away and I left work to meet them... Wait THREE HOURS for them because the guy "got side tracked" on his drive over (whatever that means). This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company and I would NEVER pick them. EVER! Even if someone paid them to our home, I wouldn't let them do work in our home.
