Carl's Plumbing Services was booked to take care of a stoppage issue for us through our home warranty company. Upon arriving on 10/16/2019 the Technician said he did not have the proper tools to fix the problem and would have to come back later in the day. We agreed and informed him that the only person home would be my 80 year old grandmother who babysits for us. Upon returning the tech did not solve the stoppage, but made it worse. Had Carls come to my rental to fix a leak in kitchen wall. Service guy was very informative as to the problem. Fixed all problems large and small and was very well pleased with service I recieved. Prices were reasonable compared with other companys and would call them again for any plumbing troubles.

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{WARNING}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}I couldn’t leave zero star rating because it would allow me to do so. ******** **** ****** *********{{{{{DO NOT}}}}} use Carl’s Plumbing Service Inc. let them send this company out! My sewer was backed up. The guy walked around the house, said there was no clean out and left. I had to call a real plumber in to clear the drain. I got a bill for $75,00 what a rip off. Carl's plumbing was referred to me by my Home Warranty Company ******** **** ******because I had a leaking water turn off valve in my basement. Carl's plumbing came our & accessed the problem. I was told they not only had to replace the leaking valve but I also had to replace about 20 feet of pipe and the main water turn off valve. Neither the pipe nor the main water valve were leaking but the plumber told me it was all connected and if he replace the leaking valve, he would have to replace it all. We are selling our house and we took out the HSA home warranty as recommended by our realtor. During inspection two gas leaks were found and two toilets needed tightening down along with some other minor plumbing issues. Long story short, I was told by HSA that I had to use Carl’s plumbing and it was a nightmare to work with both companies. Had an issue with our tenant's water heater Thursday night, contacted our home warranty service Friday morning. We were assigned Carl's Plumbing for the job. After reading all the reviews on Google I became worried. We got a notification through our home warranty service a plumber would be out between 12pm-3pm. I had a very important commitment at 4pm and called Carl's Plumbing directly to see if they had anything early, they said they had an opening between 11am and 1pm so I was good with that. I am writing this review after being forced to use Carl's Plumbing through my home warranty company for over a year. I have dealt with this company around ten times. I will discuss my general interaction with this company and then focus on a specific instance using their service, that wasn't through my home warranty. I would NEVER give these people a dime (that'd be over paying them). By far the WORST customer service and rude technicians. Called me and said they were 15 minutes away and I left work to meet them... Wait THREE HOURS for them because the guy "got side tracked" on his drive over (whatever that means). This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company and I would NEVER pick them. EVER! Even if someone paid them to our home, I wouldn't let them do work in our home.
