But everyone treated us with respect and kindness. We never expected them to deliver it soon because we live 85 miles away. We got the car that we wanted and a far greater deal than were expecting. I was contacted via e-mail but sent an e-brochure with a note explaining that the details in the brochure may or may not apply to the vehicle they were selling and there were no pictures of the vehicle included other than the stock photo from the brochure.
