Unwilling to negotiate price. Dropped the price $100 for a straight cash sale. Car needs tires and is missing knobs. Plus they charge $400 as a processing fee, so add that to the price of the car. Alan was rude and just not a friendly person to desk with.

My name is Mike, I bought a 2011 yukon denali xl from Rob. Rod and Scott were very helpful, professional and patient. Even when I took the truck to my mechanic and found minor issues, i took it to Scott and he said "No Problem" i will take care of it, Scott set me up with a shop and they fixed all the issues.
