The price In the online ad is completely misleading. The truck is advertised at $35,790, but that price does not include the cost of the Syclone package, which doubles the price. It is a $70k truck. That is very misleading.

I got pre approval and the whole process was very fast. We signed the papers in about 15 mins from start to finish.

The dealership was very friendly, but they did not listen to my needs. I told the salesman that I was looking for a specific payment and also putting no money down on the vehicle. When they brought the info to me the payment was $150 more than I was looking and included me putting $2,500 down on the vehicle. When I reiterated that we weren't putting money down, he asked if we could just put the down payment on a credit card. They were also hitting me with an 11.5% interest rate, and when I asked about that he claimed that wa... read more

My mother, 80, was interested in a car they had. They knew she was coming from MD to PA to see the car. We were told the car was "ready to be seen" so my mother made the nearly two-hour trip only to find the car was NOT ready to be SOLD! Parts were on order but no mention was made of that prior to her making the trip. She was not expecting to have to drive back-and-forth to Carlisle TWICE to buy the car.
