The car was in a little rougher shape than I had thought it would be engine light was on your head obviously been a rear end accident the bumper had different paint on it was all scratched up salesman was helpful just not the right car

Initial contact with the dealership to answers I had on vehicle has been very positive.questions were answered quickly.personal I dealt with were definitely customer service people.

I had some questions about the car, so I contacted Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC with the link on CarGurus. The response was quick and the salesman (Al) was very helpful. Good communication with an understanding of what I wanted to know about the car.
Took time to send me interior pics but no good deal; I even mentioned another vehicle that I may be interested in, but didn't get much further. Evidently no interest with dealers these days. Tyler did spend time emailing but Mercedes are of no interest I suppose. You would have thought I was trying to trade a chevrolet. They all want top dollar until you need to trade a vehicle back in then all of a sudden your vehicle is worth crap even when there is only 14,000 miles after two years!
