Michael in tech-support is A-1 ! I’ve had my carlin and gas Pro conversion burner for almost 7 years and haven’t had a problem until just recently, and although it was a bit of a struggle, Michael certainly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got us through the process of fixing it. I am an oil heat technician with over 30 years of experience. I had to call my regional manufacture technical rep., Bruce Grahm to help me with a noise issue that was driving my customer crazy. I called Bruce because know when help from the MFG. is needed. Bruce helped quickly diagnose the problem and even agreed to meet me on the job to help me change a part on the burner which I had never done before.
