Excellent care received during both deliveries of my children! The staff is so caring and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I've also had numerous labs drawn and never have any issues. We love Rmh

Best hospitalization ever! I have never been looked after by a more caring and personable staff in any of my several stays anywhere. Richland gets a bad rap sometimes, but they are far more than alright in my book. Maybe I got a lucky string of staff, but in my 4 days there, every single nurse and cna and lab tech and radiologist and housekeeper and even my doctors were absolutely fantastic. I have had three children at RMH. I absolutely loved everything about it. The OB nursing staff was definitely the best part of my stay. They are so sweet and compassionate, they took great care of me and my babies. I loved getting the card signed by all of the people involved in my care when I got home. I have recommended RMH to all of my pregnant friends.

My 12 yr Old broke his leg on 5/13/17. The RMH ER was fantastic! From the ladies at Registration to Dr. Ottney and the nurse Lori and Patrick in Radiology! They were busy but were very efficient and super nice! Thanks RMH!!

Took my daughter out with a very severe migraine... Quick service and thorough service! Dr. Nitz was amazing. He was so caring, kind and patient. Even though they were busy, the staff took their time and the doctor continuously checked in on us. Due to complications and a reaction to pain medicine, we were there for several hours but that was necessary! The staff was very professional! Thank you Carle RMH! My son had his tonsils out yesterday and we could not have possibly asked for better care!!! So thankful we have our excellent local hospital!!!

I was in several times over the past month plus for diagnostics and finally surgery. From check in to radiology to labs to the surgical staff I had a great (considering the issue) experience each time. I was so glad to be able to be cared for so well locally.
