the doctor didn't even look my ears , nose, mouth never looked at my leg at all. all he did was a breathing treatment.... steroids , Flonase . but he did ask if I wanted a shot for pain

Your employees do NOT care what the patient boards say for instructions on the person they are caring for. Your employee Jessica read the board it clearly says NO straws and she put a straw in the patient's cup anyways. Are you hiring people that can't read at an elementary level? I would never stay here and I told my husband to get his mom out of there!
We have a pretty awesome community and I'm thankful to be a part of it. I think this often with daily interactions but it really hit me 3 weeks ago when I was standing in the hospital (Carle Richland Memorial Hospital) after my stepdad's stroke. For starters, he is like a cat with nine lives and this hospital's staff has saved him 5 times in the past 25 years. Everywhere I looked, there was a familiar face. Thanks to all of those, seen and unseen, for showing up and giving your all. <3
Highly highly recommended. They take such good care of their patients. I’m very impressed with them. I didn’t know what to expect and they went above and beyond their jobs. Amazing people. Thank you for taking good care of me.
Literally sitting in the ER room now. My son is the only patient and your staff is more worried about talking and sitting on their phones. Never coming back to ER room again.
This hospital couldn't care less about their patients. They have an obviously mentally I'll person come in who needs help. Instead of trying to get him the help he desperately needs they ban him from all of their facilities. I THOUGHT when Carle Clinic became affiliated with RMH that their service would improve. Sadly it seems the opposite has happened.
I had my daughter in May, and the labor and delivery staff were amazing! I was very nervous and scared, but they made the experience much more comfortable! They were VERY helpful and attentive. There was nothing I couldn't ask them. I don't remember all of their names (Mandy, Nikki, and Stephanie are just a few), but I appreciate every single one of them!
