I went there yesterday cuz my chest hurt. I had 4 nurses on me at one time they wasted no time trying to find out what was wrong. I was kept informed of everything they were doing and why they was doing it. Dr ottney was amazing and wanted to get to the bottom of what was wrong. Come to find out I just have pnemonia. I've had some bad experience there but they are really improving. My nurses and lab guy was amazing

I had to go to RMH this morning to have my knee operated on. My surgery was scheduled for 8:00 am and I had to be there at 6:30 am to get prepared. The staff was so kind and professional from the time arrived until the time I left. During my recovery they constantly checked on me making sure I was feeling ok. They made me feel like a person and not a patient. My thanks go out to all involved in the "Same Day Surgery" staff. AAA+++ all the way!
I had great care at richland memorial hospital they were very helpful and friendly they git straight to the problem ty u all....

We had wonderful care at Richland Memorial Hospital. Hats off to all the courteous staff, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist. Been there twice in the last week and was treated so well! May be a little town hospital but they do a wonderful job!
