So glad to have Pam and the other therapist here in Urbana. Deborah and every one in the reception area are so quick ,accurate and friendly. There were 2 different individuals training for the front desk ove the times Ive been here. They too were very friendly and professional as the rest of the staff. Wait times are fairly short and the staff is very friendly. During my very painful procedure, my nurse told me stories and kept talking to me to help me through it. This is a great ER.
I had a short but very friendly visit at Advocate BroMenn Medical center. i was in for a back surgery.. I was well treated by everyone. Even felt like a queen thanks to an amazing man from the food service.
Have Been To ER Twice or Three times in The Past 6 Years or So, and Advised By My BroMenn Cardiologist to Enroll in Cardiac Rehab in 2011 which I did again for a while in 2014..I'm reenrolled again in 2017....No Matter Which Department at This Medical Center, The Nurses & Staff Treat You With Caring Respect and Have a Goal To get You Much Better Than When You First Arrived!...
Except for it being a hospital it was excellent... The staff went above and beyond in CPU
