The one and only thing that has our sons newborn footprints has been lost by the hospital!! Way to go Richland Memorial! If I would have known someone would be irresponsible with it then I would of done them myself. But who would of thought. So in return they are sending me a new one with a stamp pad so I can do the foot prints myself. Hello he is almost 4 months old. Its just not the same. Yeah I'm mad/upset about it. Some people wouldn't care but I'm not one.

The Dr. 's, Nurses and staff were very professioal, pleasant and helpful. My daughter gave birth to her first child there and my first grand baby on April 2nd of 2016 and it was a very pleasurable experience.

We had to take our 5 day old granddaughter there via ambulance not breathing right over 7 hours later we leave being told the smoke on someone's clothes caused her reactions. (After being told she had high levels of lactic acids, blood work shows infection somewhere then they change it all) Breathing machine and 48 hours later see her regular doctor and she has a bronchial infection, sinusitis, and conjunctivitis. All from the mucus she had in her that we was having to suck out to keep her airway clean to breath. I am sorry ... read more
