I will never take my son to be seen in the emergency room ever again. Got there around 1:30 and didnt get seen so we left a couple hours later you would think a 1 and a half year old that needed to be seen would be important but no he wasnt. Either they need to hire new people or learn how to actually do their job.

RMH was amazing during my Out patient procedure. Admissions staff were very welcoming and willing to assist in navigating the hospital. Same Day Surgery staff were great as well. Very accommodating to any need I had. My surgery team helped take my mind off of my procedure and put me at ease. My recovery time was not rushed. I will definitely be back for future treatment!
