Very slow service!! No one was in the restaurant and they took 15-20 just to come get our drink order. Then it took almost an hour to get our food that tasted really bad. Never received my salad that came with the meal. The overall experience was unfortunately horrible. One table walked out and another had the same issue as us plus received the wrong orders. Would not recommend going to this location.
I love the atmosphere and the food.

We went to Johnny Carino’s in Waxahachie tonight and it was so good. We usually get the Skillitini with chicken and shrimp. Carlos tonight was the cook for us and he hit it on the nail. It’s always similar regardless of who cooks it but most chef’s have a little something different and tonight he hit the spice element perfectly. Thank you Carlos. The service was horrible, they brought out bread1/4 of portion they use to serve, oil for the bread without the roasted garlic. when we ask about the bread and garlic the girl said we had to cut back it cost to much so we wait for the customer to ask for it. we have to per management she said something about it costing 80$ I didn't get that I was just there to eat the bread with roasted garlic. Which we never got after we ask for it, we told her service was also slow. so we got up and left. The whole experience was horrible.... read more
Our mozzarella stick were barely Luke warm.They mixed up our order. Slow service didn’t bring back receipt after we paid. The eggplant was burnt
I'm the easiest s.o.b.to please in the world..This was far,and away the worst service/management I've ever seen..Firing a waiter right in front of us..Shaking his hand,telling him adios..Running down the old lady that runs the joint,just to get a drink..Food never came..This place won't be in business much longer..We were there 2 hours..lol! I couldn't imagine going there with kiddo's! Management tried to give us our food to go as we were leaving..For free..No way. I couldn't ever take their food,and write this up..Horrible ... read more
