Never in my life have we walked out of a restaurant but today I have. We waited for over 20 minutes and never once were we acknowledged or spoken to by anyone. The servers were walking around and ignored us! This was the worst service I have ever had!! Very disappointed!

Their Italian Sodas are wonderful 😍
The service at the Waxahachie location is abysmal. We have walked out twice without being seated after waiting for a no-show hostess for over 10 minutes. We walked out again this Sunday after being seated and completely ignored by all present servers for 15 minutes. We were never greeted or acknowledged in any way. Go to Olive Garden instead!
Our waitress was not friendly. She took forever to attend to us. Another waiter gave us our refills. She looked like she didn't want to be at work today.
