Just left Waxahachie location. We were a table of 6. Server, Troy, was a really cool guy. Kept drinks full, brought food quickly, very welcoming and personable, made our experience very enjoyable.
Our server was very Attentive!
This is the second time we have gone there where the wait is 45-60 minutes with several empty booths and tables. Both times we have been told the reason they have empty tables is because they don’t have enough wait staff. Today they also said they were short cooks. Today is Sunday! They should be prepared with enough staff to handle the lunch crowd! We won’t be going back!
Visited on Tuesday evening, 11-19-19. The food was fabulous. My wife and I have had many meals in Italy and I must say that my meal at Carino’s on this visit was as good as any that I have had in any restaurant I’ve visited in Italy or the US. The food seems to be far better since the most recent revamp. A definite 10 out of 10!
Worst service ever. And to be honest i use to love this place. When we arrived i asked for the swing to put my baby, we waited for 10 minutes for it but never got it, had to grab one myself. Then our waitress was worse, we were ready to order as soon as we sat down but it took like 10 minutes for our waitress to come. Horrible food, service & it was filthy. You could smell the bathrooms into the dining area! I’ve never had such a terrible experience or food at a restaurant! Very sad for Waxahachie!
Had a blast, food was better than expected, service was amazing
We had our wedding dinner with over 20 people there and the service was amazing and super friendly. We will definitely go back there in the future because it was such a great atmosphere. The food was great valued and great quality ! Definitely a place to go to !!!
