we come in all the time.. today we went.. no one is wearing a mask..except staff... we went to patronage your restaurant tonight.. my husband forgot his mask. The host kept asking us if we had a mask, and then looking at the guy behind him. People walked out of the restaurant without wearing a mask...while we were standing there. They kept looking around....not even sure what they were looking at... then..he asked us again about a stupid mask.. needless to say.. for a business that is already suffering.. we left.. no money f... read more

Good food & good service. Our server was John.
we've tried to support restaurants through the Pandemic. Have gone to Johnny Carinos one to three times a month to give them support. since the beginning they have not allowed any self seating. Tonight we were pleasantly surprised to see them busy, they were on a 30- 40 min wait with a fairly new host. Two women walked in and scoffed at the wait and said they would seat themselves in the bar, which they did. I complained and the host said he was going to make them move or get a manager. Amazing catering experience at this location yesterday! Placed order previous night over the phone. GM Jon was super friendly and helpful. He assured me our order for a group of 10 would be ready the next afternoon and it was. Right on time! The food was INCREDIBLE...huge pan of lasagna, beautiful salad and marvelous bread w all the extras I could have asked for. Even the iced tea was superb...and I don’t even drink tea! We were first seated at a filthy table as well as the booth seat being broken. We requested to be moved and were. Our appetizers were served before our drinks, the appetizers were cold. Our dirty dishes were left at our table when our main course came and were never taken away. Our waiter also had his mask under his nose the entire time. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
Horrible Horrible Experience today. We ordered the Thanksgiving Feast, which was advertised to feed 3-4 people, (it was just going to be 3 of us this year) for a price of $49.99. I placed my order in advance, for pickup at 12:15, we finally got our order at 1:06. It was advertised with pie, we got 2 pieces. It was advertised with bread, we got 2 bread sticks. no service at all! we sat there for 20 minutes and no one ever came by to even take a drink order. when we walked out the same host said have a great night!! terrible.
