They gave me ready to sign documents that still contained gap insurance after I specifically asked for it to not be included. It was difficult to contact the loan officer I had been working with to fix the issue so I called the general number. This person then proceeded to try and sell me on gap before finally telling me that he couldn't help and I needed to be patient and wait for the loan officer to contact me. Very simple and easy loan process. Everything was disclosed up front and all questions answered.
Do not trust this place. 1. They will do hard inquiry without asking your permission 2. Their low %interest rate is completely different from the %APR cause of their ridiculous high fees. 3. It will take forever for them to pay the old bank that you financed your car or home with 4. Overall I really wish I didn't refinanced my car.

The process was simple and Dan helped me every step of the way. He responded quickly to my questions, even after hours and on Sunday. I needed some extra discretionary income and Dan made a suggestion that helped me put a little over $130.00 back in my pocket per month.
Please be advised I have not yet received an auto loan refinance with this company. However, my initial experience with them was so encouraging that I had to leave a review for fellow consumers. I was prompted to call the company. I spoke with a representative named Rashaka who not only listened to my concerns but advised me of how I can achieve the best interest rate options.
