Pleasant, Quick, and easy process
The process was a breeze. My rep was very responsive and attentive throughout the entire process.
The guy that handled my refinance, Dan, was nice and easy to work with. He was very understanding of my questions/concerns. Whole process took a little longer than expected, compared to a previous refinance. Make sure agreed upon interest rate online is the same as the one of the contract before signing. I was told the increase in APR was because of the added $399 motorefi service fee...
