MotoRefi provided a very seamless process for in helping me refinance my auto. They did most of the heavy lifting while providing me with any needed assistance along the way for my responsible tasks in ensuring the process agent smooth from beginning to end. My loan officer, Theodore Hurtado, provided very professional and helpful assistance in some of the most important parts of the refinancing process.
They wont respond to my emails or text messages. Sean C was who refinanced my car loan and he told me that my refund from cancelling my old warranty would be just under $2,300 and when asked to confirm it that is what he said again. He never disclosed to me that there were two different ways of computing the refund and once the refinance was already done, I ended up only getting back $1,400. As a result, my interest rate decreased by over 3%, however the refinance is going to end up costing me more money in the long run. VER... read more
