MotoRefi got me the best rate and made the process amazingly easy.
Easy to work with and get a good rate. Never mentioned what their finder’s fee was.
I feel this process was completed as quickly as it possibly could have been. The rep who contacted me, Jon, was very quick to respond and ensured we had all the documents needed to go through a smooth process.
Honestly, I was offered a rate much lower than others and that worried me that it may be a bait and switch program. I was doubtful of refinancing online so quick and easy. I thought maybe there was a gimmick. But no, I got a great rate and will save over $3,000. MotoRefi was very easy and all of the personnel that I interacted with in numerous ways, were extremely nice and helpful. I wish purchasing my vehicle originally was as easy as refinancing was. I would use MotoRefi any chance I have.
MotoRefi was the easiest entity I have ever done any financing or refinancing with. I contacted MotoRefi earlier in Jan 2021, After I unfroze my credit report, the rep never called me back. I talked to them twice where they said they saw the report in one sentence, then said my credit was still frozen (it was not). After talking to another rep they started looking at my application. 1/27/2021 they said they were awaiting information from a lender. Ive wrote them again and yet to get a response.
