Was there for a simple pre employment drug screen that took an hour. Not sure why they needed so much personal information to pee in a cup.
The care I received at the Tech Ridge facility was most excellent. I was seeking a second opinion after visiting a different chain of facilities, and I was blown away by how different the two experiences were. The doctor and MA I saw (Kirk & Catherine) made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns, and made sure I received the medication I needed. This facility is 5 minutes from my home in NE Austin. You get to see an actual doctor (as opposed to a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant), the service is essentially immediate (after filling out a few forms) they take all sorts of insurance, they call in any needed prescriptions to the HEB next door, they're simply excellent. I 100% recommend them when you need fast health care and don't want to deal with the long waits and $$$$$ of an emergency room.

Made an appt on their web site. Within minutes they called to confirm. Told me the wait time and then again called back to confirm I was coming. Very clean. Nice staff. Wasn’t even there for 30 mins. Doctor took his time. Even sent my prescription to my pharmacy so all I had to do was pick it up. Thank you for not making me suffer. Perfect for the busy people.... Thank You Dr. Kyle S.
