Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. Upon entering was greeted with an attitude by the front desk receptionist who told us the wait was an hour and a half long which we totally understood it’s a Sunday afternoon, we even checked in online to help the wait. The receptionist was rude and acted like she wanted to be elsewhere. Customer service was horrible to say the least. We waited and waited and after 2 hours of waiting we got taken back. Everyone was very nice to us considering we came in off of I-35. I had gotten sick & just looked on Google for close’s Urgent Care. The Dr was very attentive & did some lab. Gave me shot & Meds & sent me on our way & was told to see my Dr when I get home. Would stop again if had too

I went in for severe vertigo following a bad week of hay fever exacerbation. Excellent care, short wait time. They even called the following day to check on me.
