only complaint is from time they bring you to room, took almost for NP/DR to come in & they weren't busy. over 45min
The wait times are crazy high. I’ve been waiting an hour to see an urgent care doctor. There is clearly only one on site and eight of us here.... I’m at the location on Ben white in Austin tx.
This care now was very fast and efficient
today my wife and I went to in there. we are deaf and need to access the communication for America sign language interpreter but Video relaying interpreter (VRI) must appointment the schedule for 48 hours. we don't appreciate it because of emergency room I have serious. we do like care now urgent care but VRI do know better.🤦♂️🤦♂️
Excellent care my first time experience While out of town. Professional people from the time you walk in to the receptionist to the time I saw the PA.
Got what I needed; some Tamiflu for my horrible cold/possible Flu. Wait was horrific. Waited in the waiting room for almost 30 mins then waited in the exam room for 35-40 mins. My body was hurting so bad and I just wanted to get the heck out of there. People were friendly and nice but took too long.
The people there are kind and really do their best to assist you they are always my go to.
awesome staff. took very good care of me in an emergency. 10 * service
