Went in on Friday evening. We were there for a little over an hour & from the moment we walked in to the time we left everyone was wonderful. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the Doctor, they were all great. Dr. Stanczak was amazing!! Not only did she take her time with me, she listened to me and my concerns, she was compassionate, and she got me started on the antibiotics needed to start treating an infection in my jaw. I would highly recommend this place!!
Excellent physicians, clean facility, speedy check in and web check in available. Had my entire family up there this past week and each time they consistently WOWed me with excellent care! Kudos! Finally competent urgent care in Rockwall!!
