You could accept Medicare patients who have supplements. To not do so is discrimination against senior citizens.
The staff does not know what they are doing. For everyone trying to go there, make sure you keep checking on where you stand in line, because they will check you out without you even knowing. Definitely needs better staff. Web check-in doesn't count so dont even bother wasting your time. I reserved via web check, then walked in at 5:40pm & physically checked in, needless to say I was called at 7:40pm only because I asked them where i was in line after being skipped by several people.
after doing web check-in, my daughter was called and told to come in at 8:30am, the doctor didn’t see her until 10:05am. The next day, my daughter called at 8:30am with a concern. When no one returned her call, she called again at 1pm. When no one still returned her call, she called a third time at 4:20pm. her concern was finally addressed. There was nothing urgent about this care. We will NEVER go back to this Care Now.
RecommendedNurses and Doctors are very nice and caring. This is my favorite urgent care spot.
I have never been so disappointed with CareNow than I was the last time I visited. My son needed staples in his head and the dr literally couldn’t get them to work. Finally got 1 in, ( after 7 tries!!!! No numbing!!!) so we go home and it pops open, new fresh wound, bleeding again. I had to take him to er to get proper staples in his head. And they wouldn’t get back to me about refunding my money. Unacceptable
As I posted on your FB page. I was very sick and needed attention. There were on 2 in the waiting room....and 3 in the afternoon. The person behind the computer spoke and and that was it. I continued to stand in front of him for 5 minutes waiting to make an appointment. This was very disturbing not to be asked to make the appointment. I walked out and went to another care center. This is very concerning. Rockwall deserves better. NOT RECOMMENDED IS WHAT I SAY.
The Crew, and especially Dr. Stanczak, are phenomenal..!!!
