paid 240.00 for a visit to see a doctor that should really be practicing natural medicine. Had symptoms of bronchitis with obvious other symptoms of upper respiratory infection. Had to persuade the doctor to prescribe an antibiotic and possibly steroid which is the usual regimen every year. Instead he prescribed atrovent for a nasal rinse, tessalon pearls for cough and doxycycline an antibiotic that inhibits bacteria not kills it!! Spent all that money and cannot go to another visit to get what ive known for years works for ... read more
Fast and friendly service. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns. I used the online check-in and was out within 30 mins. I will continue to go to this clinic instead of MinuteClinic.
Yes Dr. Nguyen saw me on a Friday, Feb 21 and diagnosed I had the flu with upper respiratory infection. On a Sunday, Feb 23 I called the office to let Dr. Nguyen know i was still feeling very sick and probably need stronger medication because what he gave me was not working. They said he would have to reevaluate me and charge me another office fee before he would help me. I was upset and sick! Early Saturday evening, I was seen quickly and diagnosed within 30 minutes and treated within 30 minutes. The service and expert care I received have me feeling much better!

We were pleased with the doctor but the problem was the wait, even after web check in! We were told over the phone it would be about 90 min before we’d be called to come to the clinic. Indeed, we got a call about that time. However when we arrived, it was an hour and a half before my son was called back. Not urgent care at all. There were no emergencies. Even people who came in after we did were called back sooner. I inquired about the wait after 45 min and was told “we go by the drive time you give us. Sorry”. I told them i... read more
