I have spoken with the same person 2 times and she is VERY VERY rude. I understand during Covid everything can be hectic BUT you choose your job, and this is a trying time for people and it really shows this women’s true colors. They have been open for 2 hours and she is already having a TERRIBLE attitude. I called to try to schedule an appointment and she interrupted me during every sentence saying “MAAM YOU CAN GO ONLIINE AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WHEN WE CLOSE AT 9:00” when all I needed to know is if they come and get m... read more

Had horrible ear infection did teledoc day before but pain got so intense I couldn't take it. It was 7pm and everything else was closed besides here and er... my ins was 500$ er visit or 125 for the visit here. So I decided on this place. I did the online check-in and they called got me set up over the phone had to fill out a couple papers when i arrived and was sent to the room. CareNow of Rockwall have provided compassionate care for me twice in the past year, and I recommend them. They are convenient, the rooms are very clean, their instructions clear and very well explained.
After going to 2 clinics before Care Now, I was rejected due to my symptoms because of the COVID-19 going on. (Fever & Sore throat) They did a GREAT JOB in social distancing before getting me into a room! I am thankful for all the health care providers and staff for making me feel welcomed, comfortable and for assisting me with my Strep throat. If it wasn’t for them, I would still be in pain. Thank you all❤️
