Dr at the Spring Creek location in Plano was just rude and unwilling to do anything past "robot procedure" to make any concerted effort to help me. He gave me a referral for a specialist that my plan didnt cover, which I didnt find out till later. I called and got the basic sentiment of "that's not my problem". Never a follow up. Had to call them to get my lab results from blood tests. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful. Medical Assistant was very cheerful and nice as well. However, the NP, Celia McCoy, was fabulous. Diagnosed me quickly and was so great. I’ve been to this location a few times (stitches and with family members) and I’ve never had a bad experience.
I went in was greeted by front end staff. I asked a few questions they told me how long it would be before I saw a Dr very professional
Everyone was kind and courteous and the doctor really listened to the whole story before making his diagnosis - he didn’t even write a prescription because I didn’t need one.
