RecommendedOnline be check in was easy, took almost 3-hrs to be seen. Front desk staff not so friendly, PA was very nice and seemed compassionate about my well being, doctor good bedside manner and provided me with options of treatment for my symptoms with not being able to do anything for my illness, COVID. I would recommend though with not a 100% satisfactory. On a scale from one to five, I would say a 4.5.
It took 3 hours to get a simple drug screen.
Staff was very helpful n polite… Dr Price was extremely patient n helpful with her diagnosis
It was a pleasant experience due to Dr. Hernadez’s bed side manner & professionalism. In spite of the lack of professionalism at the front desk I would still recommend this location as an emergency back up if you can get through the checkin process. Thank you Dr Hernadez
Called yesterday to make an appointment for a simple preemployment drug screen. Quote, “No appointment necessary.” Over two hours and 15+ walk-in patients and they finally call me in. People are nice but they but SSSLLLOOOWWW.

My wife booked an appointment at 7:30 a.m. with Plano care unit and I was seen by 8:30 same morning. Everyone, receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very friendly and professional. I watched while I was sitting in the waiting room where a few distraught patients walked in. They seemed worried about not getting an appointment but they were very quickly put at ease. Do not ever go here. I went a week and a half ago with a cold explained all of my symptoms. They charged me $200.00 discharged me with no help. I called back a few days later asking for them to call in a prescription for antibiotics said they would call me back never did. I called back that evening to find out what the outcome was the dr had called in a prescription for sterile took them and I still feel miserable.
