Excellent staff and Even tho I was still there after closing, they took their time and I never felt they were trying to rush me out of there.
My husband went in with a Sinus infection and was charged $354.00 for someone to look in his ears and throat and write a prescription. When asked about it, I was told they typically handled "emergent care" and they charge emergent care prices. I was trying to give them business as they are new to my community but we will not be back. Had I been told of their different "pricing", I would have gone across the street and paid $100 for the exact same thing. I also do not appreciate being handed a 1-800 number to address issues.
Absolutely amazing!!! The nurses made my youngest son feel very comfortable and clam while he was getting stitches. The Doc was pleasant as well. I must give a shout out to the wonderful ladies at the front desk. We came just after they closed and they opened up the doors for us. Very thankful and can’t says enough great things about this medical office.
