RecommendedNew clean facilities. Although I couldn’t figure out why the bathroom stunk. Maybe an employee didn’t use the spray provided? No one in waiting room as I’d arrived shortly after their 8am opening. Typical amount of forms to complete. Seen promptly and didn’t have to pay anything upfront. A small improvement would be nice background music instead of the sound track to a game which was showing in the waiting room and in the room I saw the doctor. Strange.
Fast and respectful services.
I was called back before my paperwork was even completed, everyone was kind, and my visit did not take a long time at all. Furthermore, no one questioned about me being Trans, and their paperwork even had an option to list my preferred Gender Identity. I'm normally hesitant to visit new places because of such, but CareNow definitely exceeded my expectations.
Staff was super nice and caring. Took care of myself and 2 children who were not feeling well.
We were in and out with prescriptions in 33 minutes. Excellent front desk person. And awesome provider. Thank you CareNow.
The staff were all very caring and addressed all aspects of my illness. CareNow is far superior to any other urgent care I have ever been to. I highly recommend.
We’ve been here twice now. Once for myself and once for my son. Both times were a great experience and didn’t take us hours of sitting there. The staff here is always so welcoming and amazing and patient especially with our little guy. If I need an urgent care this will definitely be where my family will go. Thanks for giving urgent care a better experience in our book!
Very efficient visit with competent and helpful staff. They even called to check on me and the effectiveness of the prescribed interventions the next day. I was very impressed!
I was seen very quickly by Dr. Gaspard and he worked hard to solve my issue. The nursing staff was excellent. I am very thankful to nurse Daniel T. for the level of care and concern he showed me. Keep up the great work.
