LOVE DR. Patrinely but was treated very RUDELY by so-called office manager! Was told I couldn't leave til I paid a bill I did not even know about! What are you gonna do call the POPO I AIN'T AFRAID NO POPO HO!
Took my teen in, Strep hit her hard and quick. Our regular pedi was closed. Dr. Clark and staff took great care of her. We were in and out in under an hour. Prescription was at walgreens when we got there. I'm a huge fan, and will be back. A blessing to Montgomery.
Worst place to deal with. Was overcharged and no one wants to fix it. Everyone is blaming other departments. I don't care who coded it incorrectly. Just give me my money back!
I suggest going else where for care. It was a long wait, and then they sent my child's medication to a closed location. My two children suffered through the night with double ear infections and pink eye because the dr failed to send it to the right location. Then, they wrote the wrong strength of prescription for my son. Thankfully I caught it. But now I have to go back to Walgreens for the 3rd time and pay for an additional prescription. CareNow took good care of me after I fell down some steps while visiting in Texas. Then Sabrina was so kind to forward my thoracic x-rays so I can see my local chiropractor where I live. She saved me $80! Thanks Sabrina and CareNow!
