They price gouge. Way overpriced. Mediocre service. Considering there was no one in the clinic but me, I still had to wait about 15 min. I guess they were busy twiddling their thumbs.
Staff was very professional and took care of my medical issues promptly. They accepted my insurance and billing was not a problem.
Very professional and courteous. I will recommend to friends and family.
Service was adequate. We were in and out within an hour. When asked if they were in our insurance network, they stated they were. We went twice within two months. They billed our insurance two different ways- one office visit and one urgent care service. Later to find out they are NOT in network, instead they are a PARA provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Stopped in CareNow Montgomery last night just as they were getting ready to close. I had a contact stuck in my eye and it was very red and irritated. Dr. Patrinely, was actually leaving for the evening and came back in to help. She, Brittany, Ariella flushed my eye, put in numbing drops, a stain to try to see the contact and retrieved one contact.
