I arrived on Aug. 3rd with breathing problems and fast heart rate, I was taken right back and checked over throughly. They explained to me what was going on and took the time to explain to my son and daughter what was going on with me. They called the hospital ER for us and let them know my situation and they were sending me there. They gave me copies of my ekg and a list of my test and evaluation from our visit. Went this afternoon for an icky throat. My timing was perfect because no wait. Everyone I encountered were very pleasant and professional with a thorough exam and council.

Recommended my son finish his antibiotics after we found out he was allergic to them and was violently sick.

We saw Dr. Kaplin and his nurse Eilis they were amazing! They took my daughter right in who was very upset because she split her forehead open. They took her right under their wing and calmed her down. We were in and out within 30min. Facility was nice and clean and all staff was awesome.
I highly encourage those on TRS-Active Care to go to CareNow if you can't get in to see your primary care physician fast enough.
Very courteous and caring. Went in with terrible pain in shoulder. Got injection and I am much better today. They even called to check on me the following day.
Professional staff, no long waiting period, concerned about your condition, answered questions clearly and completely. Highly recommend.
