This was my 1st experience with Carenow. I booked online, from the call to come in to meeting Stephanie at the front desk. The 2 wonderful nurses, Jen & Sarah and the fabulous Dr. Hester that saw me. The entire experience was wonderful which is always nice when you don't feel well!! Thank you very much to your amazing staff!!
The option to check in at home and wait at home appealed to me so I decided to pay an urgent care fee instead of going to my normal doctor. I have two kids and thought it would be nice to wait at home. They called me after 20 min and told me they were ready for me. Well, I've now been sitting in the room, haven't been seen yet, for over an hour and still waiting! This is ridiculous. Edited to add.
