Took my 8 mths year old nephew - diagnosed with an ear infection and flu test negative. Lungs and throat supposedly checked and nothing else checked. LESS THAN TWO DAYS LATER Nephew is admitted to hospital with FLU, PNEUMONIA, low oxygen and never had an ear infection!!! I called carenow three times and left three messages. I contacted corporate twice and NOTHING AT ALL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS and they don’t even care to fix it.

Basic create an account online functions do not work. I had to wait in line for over 2.5 hours due to this ridiculous error that as best I can tell has been broken since the merger almost a year ago.
Hoping a post from the actual room may help the wait time... I was used to the long lines at an emergency room... but the concept of calling/scheduling ahead makes sense... used to work... now you show up to wait... oh well... paying top dollar but not being treated like you are. 🤷🏻♀️ Upset that we ar back here after a treatment provided to him caused another issue... still waiting. Called ahead, showed up when they said to... waiting one hour so far (but we are apparently next in line). 🤞
Beware this place is short staffed and the wait is terrible. After almost 3 hours we never saw a doctor. I will never go back.
I was visiting my daughter in Plano for a few days and woke up with a rash. I was concerned it was shingles, so I scheduled an appointment with CareNow Frisco West. I must say it was one of the best experiences I have had at an urgent care facility. The office was very clean and there were happy, helpful faces everywhere. Kudos to Caitlin, Molly, Dianne, Ashley, and especially Da’Shawn for her excellence in drawing blood and Dr. Nguyen for her compassion and the extra time she spent with me. We came in about 4:20 because they have a sign advertising $20 sports physicals. Told us it would be about 45 mins. So we live two blocks away they said they would call us. We came back up 55 mins later and still a long wait. Got to 2 hours and 45 minutes, after finding out the Dr. was having technical trouble with some system, talking to nurses, then asking for a refund, Dr. Hester saw my son. The wait was too long! Won’t be back. One person up front with no training on new software “upgrade”. Checked in here at 7p (1.5 hours ago). Just asked where we are in line. We were told “not sure” - chart is in the back. �
