We have used this CareNow since they opened and it’s always been great. Yesterday I was being seen for an accident and registered online. The wait was an hour longer than quoted, but they explained it. The doctor sent me to another hospital for a cat scan and the hospital was expecting me when I got there. Thank you CareNow.
The staff was very friendly, efficient, and very polite. I did the web check-in and was told it'll be about a 2 1/2 hour wait. So I got dressed and made my way up there. When I got there I was in/out with in an hour. I highly recommend this particular Care Now!!🤗🤗

Checked in on line. 2 hours they called and I arrived filled out paperwork and the doctor saw me right away. She was great and professional as was all the staff.
it makes no sense to have an online check-in if when we arrive still have to wait over 1 hour, even though I only had 1 person in front of me.
The web check-in is a fantastic feature and both my husband and I just love Dr. Hester. We've consistently had great experiences with both him and the office/nursing staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
