I paid $160 on a Sunday to be told I had a cold and sent home. Day and a half later I went to my family physician and tested positive for strep. I had to not only miss additional days of work but pay another $100 to visit another doctor. That is completely unacceptable. The doctor at this facility did not even offer to test me for strep or the flu despite my symptoms. I would highly suggest finding a different urgent care facility.
I felt awful, they made me feel better! They were very kind and caring, got me diagnosed and out the door as fast as humanly possible. Great experience. Love the medical assistant and the doctor especially...
The medical professional staff was great. They really care about the people that come in there. I was so sick yesterday and I feel a lot better today. I recommend anyone needed medical attention to go to Carenow. Thank you Doctor Randall and the nurses on staff on Saturday January 29th at 3:30.
Walked in and seen in 20 mnts out 20 mnts later....very quick and doctors diagnosis on-point...I feel better the next day. Thank you
7:00 filed web check-in 9:20 called to come in room open. 11:00 Had to go out till the front staff I was waiting almost an hour and a half 2 1/2 hr later leaving with sinus infection. Extremely disappointed however I did get to watch the whole movie Elf before I left.
Drs, nurses and staff were amazing and really friendly. The took care of my wife and me for 2 different reasons and we didn't feel rushed. They were very knowledgeable compared to some other similar places I've been to.
