The staff went above and beyond the standard of care for me today! Dr.Davis respected my decision to deny a medication that could negatively impact my milk supply. Shannon watched my daughters while I got X-rays and helped me get to the car by carrying my youngest out for me. I am beyond impressed with the care I received today!

My husband went to them for violent bile vomiting. Because we had just returned from Europe, he was told he caught a bug and given an anti-nausea medication. 4 days later he was life flighted to The University of Utah Medical Center with a life threatening bowel blockage. He went through 2 surgeries and spent 4 days in the ICU. As of this writing, he is still in the hospital.
This place is awful. I was misdiagnosed when I went to them. When my husband went to them at 5:30pm and they turned away because the physician was leaving- they weren't supposed to close until 8pm. They seem to do what they want and don't care the result.
I want to thank NP Mary Huggins for taking care of me yesterday! I think she believed what I said about my symptoms & gave me the meds I need. Additionally, she gave me the formal name for my problem and the symptoms which no one had done before. I've always had good service here but Ms. Huggins was the best! Thank you!
My special thanks to Dr. Davis, medical assistant Shannon, rad tech John, and patient rep Tonya for the excellent care I received there the evening of October 18. They all listed closely to my problems, asked all the right questions, and gave very thorough instructions and explanations along with the medical treatment.
This is an excellent place for attention when your regular health care persona is not available. Just call ahead to secure an appointment. They will call to tell you when to arrive so there is no sitting around sick , coughing , bleeding patients in the waiting room. the staff is kind and professional, even with a panic patient. they have a lab for quick culture and prescriptions for fast action on infection. We are lucky to have this alternative to the emergency room.
I called to obtain information regarding insurance info and also to check and see if the service I needed was covered. The receptionist was not only short with me and obviously aggravated that I had questions, but proceeded to tell me to keep my questions to a minimum because she had people at the desk waiting. Wow.. what a way to treat a potential NEW customer. I’m so terribly sorry that I had questions.
