My husband tried to get in here to get a covid test which is supposed to be free. They said oh the test itself was free but wanted to charge for fees and goodness knows what else. They told him to get the test was going to cost $250 after fees and whatever else they were charging for. Way to go CareNow! Great support during a pandemic and take money from people that can't work to earn money pay your fees.
RecommendedI couldn’t believe the service I received there. First of all the front desk young lady was so sweet and then the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again.

Poor customer service ,misleading information on website
I went in there for a coronavirus test and was a little nervous after hearing all kinds of horrible complaints about testing. They were absolutely wonderful and the test was not a problem at all. They really care about their patients and I highly recommend them!!
Don’t come here. It’s not worth it. I’ve been dealing with an incorrectly coded billing problem for over a month now and just got another bill for something I was told would be fixed. They’re billing insurance incorrectly and apparently not fixing it when it’s brought up. Illegal businesses practices and I’m sure they’re financially screwing many people due to it. People are kind. However, I did the online check-in and 3 hours later had no notice from them about timing. So, I called and they told me to come in 30 minutes. I arrived at 3:30. I was one of two patients in the waiting room. I did all of my paperwork online and an hour after sitting in the waiting room 4 people (3 of which arrived after me) had been taken back and seen.
