Absolutely NOT. Never again. I was kind enough 7 months ago to write an email informing this clinic of their negligence of a doctor. This doctor wore baggy gloves 2 sizes too big for her hands. She coughed on my daughter 3 times and once into a sanitizing gauze package. At the time being in the chaotic moment of my daughters face gushing blood from her cut I thought “ good thing that a cleaning solution “ it didn’t hit me until weeks later and that’s when I wrote the email to inform them of their practice. Every one there so kind. Caring and gentle. Very thorough.
Very rude and unprofessional. I walked out with out even being seen after told “We can’t do anything for you..” For a dog bite. I went to a local hospital was seen immediately by professionals n the ER and was soon released with a cheaper bill.
Every time I’ve had to go to this location, doctors have been professional, courteous, understanding and patient! Even if I get a nurse practitioner, they’re just as good or better! The Independence location off of 39th st.: by Longhorn Steakhouse, is awesome too!!
